: Review date:I usually make my own sauces, but with soy protein it's always a bit time-consuming, so this is the only one I buy every now and then. I've also tried vegan bolognese from several other manufacturers, but the sauce is almost always too sweet or just tastes a bit strange.
This one tastes great and can be stretched a little with water (max. half a glass) because it is nice and thick and has an intense flavour. A little expensive, but worth the price. Full recommendation!
Normalerweise mache ich mir meine Saucen selbst, doch mit Sojaprotein ist das immer etwas aufwendig, daher ist das die einzige die ich immer mal wieder kaufe. Ich habe auch von mehreren anderen Herstellern vegane Bolognese ausprobiert, doch fast immer ist die Sauce zu süß oder schmeckt einfach etwas seltsam.
Diese hier ist geschmacklich top und lässt sich zudem noch ein wenig mit Wasser strecken (max. halbes Glas) da schön dickflüssig und intensiv im Geschmack. Ein wenig teuer, aber den Preis wert. Volle Kaufempfehlung !

Are there really so few people in Germany who have problems with all this spiciness and acidity (citric acid and the like)?
Ich glaube es sofort, dass es toll schmeckt. Muss leider trotzdem verzichten, da der Knoblauch, auch wenn er erst am Ende gemeldet wird, mir schmerzhafte Tage bereiten würde. :-((( Warum kann man nicht, wie die Asiaten mit ihren Ramen-Nudeln oder wie sie heißen, ein kleines Tütchen hinzufügen, mit jeder Zutat, die Magenkranken Probleme bereitet? Das ist so toll, man kann das Tütchen öffnen und winzig wenig davon rein tun, man kann das Tütchen weitergeben an Freunde, was auch immer! Sind in Deutschland wirklich so wenig Leute, die Probleme mit dieser ganzen Schärfe und Säure (Zitronensäure u.ä.) haben?

Ich bin überrascht. Echt lecker. Nicht grade wie selbstgemacht, aber das erwarte ich auch nicht. Wunderbar fruchtiger Tomatengeschmack, nicht zu süß und nicht zu sauer!! Leicht pikant abgeschmeckt und durch das Soja mit Biss. Auf die Schnelle eine leckerer Sauce, die ich gerne mit frischem Gemüse aufpeppe. Muss aber nicht sein.
