Application:

The manufacturing process gives the spaghetti made from yellow lentils a reddish colour.

Bring 1 litre of water with a little salt to the boil for every 100 g of pasta. Add the pasta and stir carefully. Pay close attention to the cooking time! At the end of the cooking time, drain the pasta. Cooking time: 9 minutes Tip for perfect al dente pasta: Add a dash of vinegar to the cooking water.
