Super tasty and nutritious. Takes a little longer to cook, but for me it's the perfect amount of time to prepare the rest of the dish. A feast for the eyes and the palate par excellence.

I am glad to be able to cook 100% wild "rice" again. Many shops and organic food shops don't carry it or no longer carry it - or only in the form of 99% white rice with a few black grains of wild rice. I eat it plain. Rapunzel natural wild rice is perfect!
