: Review date:I just found the beans interesting, but didn't know exactly what to do with them. They therefore found their way into a salad on the one hand and a bowl on the other. In both dishes, they added a really fine flavour of their own, which significantly enhanced both dishes. The nutritional values are also good. I really liked them.
Ich fand die Bohnen einfach interessant, wusste dann aber nicht genau, was damit zutun ist. Sie fanden ihren Weg somit zum einen in einen Salat, zum anderen in eine Bowl. The beans look like overgrown pine nuts and are about the size of kidney beans. The taste is very fine and slightly nutty. In addition, like most beans, they have a floury consistency and are very filling. I mixed them into the salad and seasoned with oil and vinegar. I can only recommend it. A light, fresh and satisfying dish, especially now in summer.
Bis letzte Woche hatte ich noch nie etwas von Cannellini Bohnen gehört. Habe sie dann bei Violey entdeckt und bin neugierig geworden. Am Wochenende habe ich sie nun ausprobiert und festgestellt, sie schmecken wirklich lecker. Die Bohnen sehen aus wie zu groß geratene Pinienkerne und haben ungefähr die Größe von Kidneybohnen. Der Geschmack ist sehr fein und leicht nussig. Zudem haben sie, wie die meisten Bohnen, eine mehlige Konsistenz und sättigen sehr gut. Ich habe sie unter den Salat gemischt und mit Öl und Essig abgeschmeckt. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Gerade jetzt im Sommer ein leichtes, frisches und sattmachendes Gericht.
