: Review date:The noodles are really amazing and extremely tasty! They don't taste at all as rustic as I had originally expected. I was expecting a strong wholemeal flavour. But no, the spirelli made from spelt semolina taste wonderfully mild and nutty, almost elegant and very fine. The quality of the pasta is also very high. After cooking, the spirelli retain a firm doughy bite and are still in shape. I just ate a portion again today with tomato pesto. It went very well together. I will definitely order a few more packs from Violey, perhaps in other pasta shapes.
Die Nudeln sind wirklich der Hammer und extrem lecker! Sie schmecken in keinster Weise so rustikal wie ich es ursprünglich erwartet hatte. Ich rechnete mit einem kräftigen Vollkorngeschmack. Aber nein, die Spirelli aus Dinkelgrieß schmecken wunderbar mild und nussig, schon fast elegant und sehr fein. Auch die Qualität ist bei den Nudeln sehr hoch gehalten. Nach dem Kochen behalten die Spirelli einen festen teigigen Biss und sind immer noch in Form. Ich habe erst heute wieder eine Portion mit Tomatenpesto gegessen. Hat sehr gut harmoniert. Ich werde mir auf jeden Fall noch ein paar Packungen bei Violey bestellen, vielleicht auch einmal in anderen Nudelformen.
