You don't always have to think of soy cutlets as a meat substitute. For me, it's a good, long-lasting, protein-rich food that I like to add to my vegetable stir-fry. Of course, you can also use it as a meat substitute for bolognese or schnitzel dishes. It's definitely handy to have at home, as it's a dry product and therefore keeps for a long time. The Schnetzel only have a mild taste of their own, which is why they are usually left to simmer in vegetable stock and flavoured with spices. I am very satisfied with the fine Rapunzel Schnetzel and would recommend them.

Man muss Soja-Schnetzel ja nicht immer als Fleischersatz ansehen. Für mich ist es ein gut haltbares proteinreiches Nahrungsmittel, das ich gerne mal mit in meine Gemüsepfanne mache. Man kann sie natürlich auch als Fleischersatz für Bolognese- oder Schnetzelgerichte verwenden. Ist auf jeden Fall praktisch zu Hause zu haben, da es ein Trockenprodukt ist und sich somit lange hält. Die Schnetzel haben nur einen milden Eigengeschmack, weshalb man sie meist in Gemüsebrühe ziehen lässt und mit Gewürzen aromatisiert. Mit den feinen Rapunzel Schnetzel bin ich sehr zufrieden und würde sie weiterempfehlen.
