: Review date:Spaghettini are thinner than their big sisters, spaghetti. We really like this, as we have the feeling that the sauce or pesto is absorbed much better. Cooking is pretty easy: bring the water to the boil, add the spaghettini, stir once and switch off the hob. After about 8-9 minutes, the spaghettini are just right for us. Quick, easy, delicious - perfect!
Die Spaghettini sind dünner als ihre großen Schwestern, die Spaghetti. Wir mögen das sehr, haben wir doch das Gefühl, dass Sauce oder Pesto wesentlich besser aufgenommen werden. Mit dem Kochen machen wir uns das ziemlich leicht: Wasser aufkochen, Spaghettini rein, einmal durchrühren, Herd ausstellen. Nach ca. 8-9min. sind die Spaghettini genau richtig für uns. Schnell, einfach, lecker - perfekt!

Bei Nudeln kann man kein Bio herausschmecken, doch die Verarbeitung kann man bei Qualitätsnudeln umso besser erkennen. Die Verarbeitung ist gut, denn die Nudeln bleiben beim Kochen lange fest und werden nicht Matsch. Auch die Saucenaufnahme finde ich ordentlich. Die extra dünnen Spaghetti sind besser als Asia-Nudeln und eignen sich sehr gut für den Wok, zum Beispiel Pad Thai, thailändisch (gebratene Nudeln). Italienische Nudeln kann man auch für asiatische Gerichte verwenden, schließlich hat Marco Polo die Nudeln aus Asien nach Italien mitgebracht. Die Italiener haben die Nudeln verbessert und perfektioniert. Auf der Verpackung steht "Original italienische Pasta". Sehr zu empfehlen!
