Application:

Risotto cooking method (approx. 4 servings): Sauté 250 g risotto rice in a little butter or olive oil with chopped onion until translucent. Gradually add approx. 800 ml hot stock until the risotto is creamy.
Important: Keep stirring the risotto throughout the cooking process. Cooking time: approx. 30-35 minutes.

Classic preparation: Bring 250 g risotto rice to the boil with twice the amount of water and cook for approx. 15-20 minutes.

The Rapunzel Risotto Top Rice is really nice and creamy. I prepared the rice differently from the instructions. First I steamed the risotto rice with garlic and onions in some melted butter, then added white wine and then covered it again and again with vegetable stock and let it swell. It takes a while, but it tastes really good.

Der Rapunzel Risotto Spitzenreis ist wirklich schön cremig. Ich habe den Reis anders als in der Anleitung zubereitet. Zuerst habe ich den Risotto-Reis mit Knoblauch und Zwiebeln in etwas zerlassener Butter gedünstet, dann Weißwein hinzugegeben und danach immer wieder mit Gemüsebrühe bedeckt und quellen gelassen. Das dauert zwar etwas, schmeckt aber wirklich gut.
