Cooking time: 8-10 minutes.
Bring 2.5 l of water to a boil with a little salt for 250 g of pasta. Add the pasta to the water and stir gently. When the cooking time is over, drain the pasta. Please make sure that the pasta does not become dry. Always preheat the bowl or plate before adding the pasta.

: Review date:Very good flavour and normal pasta consistency. Usually gluten-free pasta is often sticky, but not this one! A ray of hope if you have to eat gluten-free, you no longer need to cook 2 types of pasta, everyone in the family likes this one.

: Review date:The Rapunzel rice noodles without gluten are absolutely recommendable. Although they are a little more expensive, they are worth the price. I like to buy them often as an alternative to spelt noodles, as they also have a great taste of their own. The spirelli are just as easy to prepare as any other pasta. What I find particularly positive is that the noodles keep their shape after cooking and don't become soggy. They also have a good bite and don't stick together. Only when heated up are they unfortunately inedible and rubbery. I can also highly recommend the rice spaghetti. Both taste great with all kinds of pasta sauces, pestos and also as a casserole.
Die Rapunzel Reis Nudeln ohne Gluten sind absolut empfehlenswert. Zwar sind sie etwas teurer, ihren Preis aber wert. Ich kaufe sie gerne und häufig als Alternative zu Dinkelnudeln, da sie ebenfalls einen tollen Eigengeschmack haben. Die Spirelli lassen sich genauso einfach zubereiten wie alle anderen Nudeln. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass die Nudeln nach der Kochzeit ihre Form behalten und nicht labbrig werden. Zudem haben sie eine guten Biss und kleben nicht zusammen. Nur aufgewärmt sind sie leider ungenießbar und gummiartig. Ich kann auch die Reis Spaghetti wärmstens empfehlen. Beide schmecken hervorragend zu sämtlichen Pastasaucen, Pestos und auch als Auflauf.
