Rapunzel Organic Rice Mafalde. Known for its crimped edges and an absolute eye-catcher in pasta salads - Mafalde. The pasta made from 100% wholegrain rice is suitable for all kinds of sauces, but also perfectly emphasises more elaborate dishes. The pasta is made according to tradition using only wholegrain rice and pure spring water. Slow and gentle drying at low temperatures ensures an authentic pasta flavour and the right ‘al dente’ bite when cooking. Buon Appetito!

Application:
Cooking time: 8-10 minutes.
For 250 g of pasta, bring 2.5 litres of water with a little salt to the boil. Add the pasta to the water and stir carefully. At the end of the cooking time, drain the pasta. Make sure that the pasta does not become too dry. Always preheat the bowl or plate before adding the pasta.
