Rapunzel Organic Porridge Omega. Oat and spelt flakes, almond pieces, hemp seeds and chia seeds make this porridge a delicious breakfast. Blueberries and blackcurrants colour the porridge blue! Without the addition of sugar (naturally contains sugar). Refine the breakfast porridge with nut puree, maple syrup or fresh fruit, according to your personal taste.

Stir the breakfast porridge into 2-3 times the quantity of hot liquid (milk, soy drink or water), stir well, let soak for a few minutes (2-5 minutes) and enjoy warm.
