: Review date:Tastes much better than the name sounds. At least I was very sceptical at the beginning when the porridge was recommended to me for my over-acidified body. But that was unfounded, because it really tastes great with warm milk. The breakfast porridge can be mixed very quickly, is light, tastes good and fills you up for a long time. I always vary the ingredients a little according to my mood. Sometimes I add fresh bananas, for example, on other days I prefer sultanas and cinnamon. You can refine the porridge according to your own preferences, there are no limits to your imagination. The breakfast porridge is recommended.
Schmeckt viel besser als der Name sich anhört. Zumindest war ICH zu Beginn sehr skeptisch, als mir der Brei für meinen übersäuerten Körper empfohlen wurde. Das war aber unbegründet, denn mit warmer Milch schmeckt er wirklich hervorragend. Der Frühstücksbrei lässt sich sehr schnell anrühren, ist leicht, schmeckt gut und macht lange satt. Ich variiere immer ein wenig nach Lust und Laune mit den Zutaten. Manchmal mische ich z.B. frische Bananen darunter, an anderen Tagen lieber Rosinen und Zimt. Man kann den Brei ganz nach den eigenen Vorlieben verfeinern, der Phantasie sind da keine Grenzen gesetzt. Der Frühstücksbrei ist zu empfehlen.

Ich schwöre auf den Guten Morgen Frühstücksbrei Basen Balance von Rapunzel. Er schmeckt dank ausgewählten Zutaten wie Buchweizen, Erdmandel und Amaranth sehr nussig und gehaltvoll. Vanille sorgt für einen Hauch Süße. Der Körper wird gleich frühmorgens mit allem was er braucht versorgt. So bin ich fit für den Tag. Seit ich mit dem Basen Frühstücksbrei frühstücke hat sich meine Konzentration merklich verbessert. Sonst hatte ich bereits am Vormittag immer mit kleinen Konzentrationsschwächen zu kämpfen - das ist nun vorbei.
