: Review date:I treated myself to the expensive jar. I was surprised at how unpleasantly greasy the puree is. I don't think Rapunzel can be blamed here, it's probably just the pistachio that is like this when it has been processed into puree. The consistency is heavy, the flavour is very good. Given the high price, I only eat it pure, like all other nut butters, but with pistachio I'm now thinking about whether I can use it somewhere useful. I almost exclusively buy Rapunzel nut butters (except for peanut butter) because I simply find them the best. I won't be buying pistachio any more, one taste was enough.
Ich habe mir das teure Glas gegönnt. Ich war überrascht, wie unangenehm schmierig das Mus ist. Ich denke nicht, dass Rapunzel hier ein Vorwurf zu machen ist, es wird wohl einfach die Pistazie sein, die so ist, wenn sie zum Mus verarbeitet wurde. Die Konsistenz ist schwer, geschmacklich sehr gut. Angesichts des hohen Preises esse ich es wie alle anderen Nussmuse nur pur, bei Pistazie überlege ich jetzt aber, ob ich es nicht irgendwo sinnvoll verwenden kann. Ich kaufe fast ausschließlich Nussmus von Rapunzel (bis auf Erdnussmus), weil ich die einfach am besten finde. Pistazie werde ich nicht mehr kaufen, einmal probieren hat gereicht.
