Sometimes I eat it pure for snacking, but it's also incredibly tasty as a spread. It's a classic in Asian dishes, especially if you like peanut sauce, like I do. For me, there is nothing better. But I have also used it as the basis of a peanut dressing and served it with nut kernels. My guests were very enthusiastic about it and praised my cooking.
Das Erdnussmus ist ein Genuss für die Sinne. Ich kaufe immer eine große Menge, weil nicht nur ich, sondern meine ganze Familie es immer in großen Mengen isst. Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten sind sehr flexibel. Manchmal esse ich es pur zum Naschen, aber auch als Brotaufstrich schmeckt es unheimlich lecker. Ein Klassiker ist das Mus in asiatischen Gerichten, besonders wenn jemand, wie ich, Erdnusssoße sehr gerne isst. Für mich gibt es nichts Besseres. Ich habe es aber auch schon als Grundlage eines Erdnussdressings verwendet und habe dazu Nusskerne gereicht. Meine Gäste waren davon sehr begeistert und haben meine Küche gelobt.

I love it pure, as a spread on bread or to refine dishes. It has become indispensable for me in both cooking and baking. I prefer Asian cuisine, which is where peanut butter is often used. What I find remarkable is that there is really nothing in it except peanuts and salt. You really can't get more natural than that!
Rapunzel Erdnussmus Crunchy mit Salz ist soooooooooo lecker. Ich bestelle mittlerweile immer das 500 g Glas, weil ich es so oft und vielseitig verzehre. Ich liebe es pur, als Aufstrich auf dem Brot oder zur Verfeinerung von Gerichten. Sowohl beim Kochen als auch beim Backen ist es für mich unverzichtbar geworden. Ich bevorzuge die asiatische Küche und da kommt das Erdnussmus natürlich oft zum Einsatz. Beachtenswert finde ich vor allem dass wirklich nichts drin ist, außer Erdnüsse und Salz. Mehr Natur geht wirklich nicht!
