Rapunzel Organic Parboiled Rice white. The parboiling process uses steam and pressure to force the nutrients from the outer hull into the inside of the rice grain before the rice is hulled. The long, grain of 6-8 mm in length is what gives long-grain rice its name. Despite its smooth surface, long grain rice sticks easily after cooking and absorbs sauces very well. As a side dish and for creative rice salads.

Cooking method (For approx. 4 servings):
For 250 g rice, bring 2 times the amount of water to the boil, add the rice and simmer for approx. 20 minutes over low heat in a covered pot. Remove from the heat and let the rice rest for 5 minutes.
