Rapunzel Organic Parboiled Rice natural is natural parboiled long grain rice. It has a short cooking time. The parboiling process uses steam and pressure to force the nutrients from the outer hull into the inside of the rice grain before the rice is hulled. Cooking method (For approx. 4 servings):
