: Review date:Just like pure linseed oil, I don't buy it for the taste, but for the ingredients. I take 1 tablespoon before breakfast and feel more energetic during the day.
Genau wie beim puren Leinöl kauf ich das nicht wegen dem Geschmack, sondern wegen den Inhaltsstoffen. Vor dem Frühstück 1 EL hat sich bei mir bewährt, ich fühl mich tagsüber vitaler.
