Application:
Wash the beans and soak in plenty of cold water for 1-2 hours. Then drain the water and rinse the beans. Boil 1 cup of mung beans with about 3 cups of fresh water once and then simmer gently for about 30 minutes at low temperature with the lid closed. Only add salt after cooking.

: Review date:I've been using them for years for sprouting, it works great and is great value for money instead of the overpriced sprouting mixes. When sprouted, they taste kind of raw-potato-y, with a nice crunchy bite.
Nutze ich seit etlichen Jahren zum Keimen, das funktioniert super und ist dann auch super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, statt der überteuerten Keimmischungen. Gekeimt schmecken sie dann irgendwie roh-kartoffelig, schöner knackiger Biss.

I can't say whether the Rapunzel ones are better than others. But since I order a lot of Rapunzel, the mung beans are not included.
Mungbohnen sind lecker im Salat und passen hervorragend zu asiatischen Gerichten. Diese hier keimen gut und wer es schon ein paar Mal gemacht hat, für den ist es auch kein Problem. Nach ein paar Tagen kann man bereits ernten. Ob die von Rapunzel jetzt besser sind als andere, kann ich nicht einschätzen. Doch da ich sehr viel Rapunzel bestelle, fallen die Mungbohnen eben mit ab.
