: Review date:For me, one of the best - if not the best - linseed oil there is. It is 1A in taste (not bitter) and 1A in health, as it is produced under exclusion of oxygen and light. To prevent the sensitive omega-3 fatty acids from oxidising and thus becoming a burden on the body, you should always put the opened bottle back in the fridge and use it up quickly.
Für mich eines der besten - wenn nicht das beste Leinöl, das es gibt. Geschmacklich 1A (nicht bitter) und gesundheitlich 1A, da es unter Abschluss von Sauerstoff und Licht hergestellt wurde. Damit die empfindlichen Omega3-Fettsäuren nicht oxidieren und somit für den Körper belastend werden, sollte man die angebrochene Flasche immer gleich wieder in den Kühlschrank stellen und zügig aufbrauchen .

Leinöl schmeckt ja von Natur aus ein bisschen streng. Dieses Leinöl hat natürlich diesen typischen Geschmack, ist aber trotzdem angenehm und lässt sich hervorragend für Salatdressings oder zu Pellkartoffeln verwenden. Für mich ist es Omega-3-Fettsäuren-Lieferant schon im Frühstücksmüsli.
