: Review date:A very good jasmine rice, tastes great to me, and organic too. The cooking time is 10-11 minutes, if you use the swelling method, i.e. 1 teaspoon of rice, 2 teaspoons of water. Since the price is quite high, I use it alternately with a Thai jasmine rice, not organic.
Ein sehr guter Jasmin Reis, schmeckt mir super, dazu noch Bio. Bei der Kochzeit reichen aber 10-11 min., wenn man die Quellmethode macht, also 1 TL Reis, 2 TL Wasser. Da der Preis schon recht hoch ist, verwende ich ihn im Wechsel mit einem Thai Jasmin Reis, nicht Bio.

The rice also lacks the "typical" aromatic fragrance that is so special for this rice. A pity, as this rice actually comes from the internationally renowned and multi-award-winning rice region in the north of Thailand.
Kocht eher locker als leicht klebrig, trotz Dämpfgarung. Geschmacklich nicht herausragend, eher mit einem Parboiled Reis vergleichbar. Dem Reis fehlt zudem der "typische", aromatische Duft, der für diesen Reis so besonders ist. Schade, da dieser Reis eigentlich aus der international rennomierten und mehrfach premierten Reisregion im Norden Thailands stammt.
