Since there is still no warning about the very liquid consistency in the article text in 2022 (on the contrary, it says: "Whether on bread, for [etc.]"), I got myself the nut puree as a spread and just went for a swim. To emphasise the need to change the text of the article, I give it 1/5 stars.
In den Kommentaren von Barbara S. ("um es auf Brot zu essen, leider viel zu flüssig", 2019) u. Anja B. ("ich war doch von der Konsistenz etwas entttäuscht", 2016) wird es bereits vorweg genommen. : Review date:Rapunzel simply makes the best hazelnut puree. We also add an unsweetened cocoa blend from PureRaw. This tastes better than the normal nut-nougat spreads and is without sugar, agave syrup, coconut blossom sugar, dates or similar. The pure hazelnut puree also tastes delicious on its own.
Rapunzel macht einfach das beste Haselnussmus. Wir geben noch eine ungesüßte Kakaomischung von PureRaw hinzu. Das schmeckt besser als die normalen Nuss-Nougat-Aufstriche und ist ohne Zucker, Agavendicksaft, Kokosblütenzucker, Datteln, o.ä.. Das reine Haselnussmus schmeckt pur natürlich auch lecker.

Also das muss man einfach wissen. Wenn man es zum Kochen oder Backen nimmt, hervorragend. Als Brotaufstrich meiner Meinung nach ungeeignet.

Whether at room temperature or from the fridge, the cream is (thick) liquid and not spreadable. At best, you can stir it into sauces or, for example, yoghurt. The Rapunzel cashew puree, on the other hand, was wonderfully spreadable and delicious.
Geschmacklich sehr lecker, aber ich war doch von der Konsistenz etwas entttäuscht. Der Inhalt meines Glases ist keinesfalls als Brotaufstrich zu verwenden. Egal ob mit Raumtemperatur oder aus dem Kühlschrank ist die Creme (dick-)flüssig und nicht streichfähig. Man kann sie bestenfalls in Saucen oder zum Beispiel Joghurt einrühren. Das Rapunzel Cashewmus dagegen war wunderbar streichfähig und köstlich.
