Rapunzel Organic Golden Linseed. The mild, delicately nutty golden linseed can be used in a variety of ways. Try them when baking sweet and savoury dishes, in muesli, in yoghurt and for quark or vegetable dishes. Golden and brown linseeds differ slightly in flavour, fatty acids and swelling capacity. The specially bred golden linseed has a milder flavour and a higher swelling capacity.
