Wheat is taboo and I don't like the taste of spelt. Emmer doesn't have the strange aftertaste of spelt. It tastes great, mild and yet intense. For me, the perfect grain noodle, even though I prefer gluten-free alternatives.

Weizen ist tabu und Dinkel mag ich vom Geschmack nicht. Emmer hat diesen seltsamen Beigeschmack vom Dinkel nicht. Geschmacklich top, mild und trotzdem intensiv. Für mich die perfekte Getreidenudel, auch wenn ich glutenfreie Alternativen bevorzuge.
