: Review date:Emmer spaghetti goes really well with sauces with lots of pureed vegetables (e.g. pumpkin). For pesto, however, I prefer the durum wheat variety.
Zu Soßen mit viel püriertem Gemüse (z.B. Kürbis) passen die Emmer-Spaghetti wirklich ausgezeichnet. Für Pesto bevorzuge ich allerdings die Hartweizen-Variante.
