Application:

Cooking time: 8 minutes.
For 100 g noodles boil 1 L of water with a pinch of salt. Add noodles into the boiling water and stir carefully also while the noodles are cooking. Drain noodles and serve on pre-heated plates.

Really tasty because they are so flavourful. I always make it with my vegan carbonara (with smoked tofu and almond puree).

Richtig lecker, weil so geschmackvoll. Ich mach sie immer zu meiner veganen Carbonara (mit Räuchertofu und Mandelmus).

Emmer spaghetti goes really well with sauces with lots of pureed vegetables (e.g. pumpkin). For pesto, however, I prefer the durum wheat variety.

Zu Soßen mit viel püriertem Gemüse (z.B. Kürbis) passen die Emmer-Spaghetti wirklich ausgezeichnet. Für Pesto bevorzuge ich allerdings die Hartweizen-Variante.
