Sugar-free alternative thanks to apple juice. Completely sugar-free would be nicer. But probably necessary for preservation. I use it for baking.

Zuckerfreie Alternative dank Apfelsaft. Ganz zuckerfrei wäre schöner. Aber vermutlich zum haltbar machen notwendig. Nutze es zum backen.
