As Rapunzel does not use any additives, natural colour changes and settling of the coconut fat may occur. At temperatures below 18 °C, the coconut milk is semi-solid. Warm it up and it becomes liquid and creamy again. After opening, decant into a non-metallic container and use within a few days.

: Review date:I am glad that there are also smaller tins of the coconut milk. Since I don't need so much of it, I don't want to throw the rest away. The big can is worth it when I have more visitors. Oh yes, of course it tastes really good.
Ich bin froh, dass es auch kleinere Dosen von der Kokosmilch gibt. Da ich nicht so viel davon benötige, möchte ich auch nicht den Rest wegschmeißen. Die große Dose lohnt sich dann bei mehr Besuch. Ach ja, schmeckt natürlich richtig gut.

: Review date:The coconut milk from Rapunzel is great value for money and perfect for cooking curries or other exotic dishes. Since the lumps dissolve under the influence of heat, it doesn't bother at all that the coconut milk in the can breaks down into partly solid and partly liquid parts. For cocktails, I imagine this to be rather unappetising. Although the large can is cheaper, I still always order the small ones. Since I don't usually need that much milk and it also doesn't keep as long, the 200 ml simply suits me better. And I'm always so sorry when I have to throw the rest away.
Die Kokosmilch von Rapunzel hat ein prima Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eignet sich perfekt zum Kochen von Currys oder anderen exotischen Speisen. Da sich die Klumpen unter Einwirkung von Hitze auflösen, stört es auch gar nicht, dass sich die Kokosmilch in der Dose in teils feste und teils flüssige Anteile zersetzt. Bei Cocktails stelle ich mir das schon eher etwas unappetitlich vor. Obwohl die große Dose billiger ist, bestelle ich trotzdem immer die kleinen. Da ich meist nicht so viel Milch benötige und sie sich außerdem nicht so lange hält, passen die 200 ml einfach besser zu mir. Und es tut mir immer unendlich leid, wenn ich den Rest dann weg schütten muss.
