: Review date:Since I am more than satisfied with Rapunzel products so far, I also wanted to try Rapunzel coconut milk. I like the fact that it contains only coconut kernel and water and no additives. As with most cans of coconut milk, the milk was quite solid before opening, so you had to shake it well first or hold the can under some warm water beforehand. That way, I could tip the can to my curried vegetables without scraping it out at all. The coconut milk is creamy and seemed quite fatty to me, but a high fat content is typical for coconut milk. Compared to coconut milk from other manufacturers, the fat content is even lower. I am happy to recommend it.
Da ich mit Rapunzel Produkten bisher mehr als zufrieden bin, wollte ich auch einmal die Kokosmilch von Rapunzel ausprobieren. Mir gefällt, dass nur Kokosnusskern und Wasser enthalten sind und keinerlei Zusatzstoffe beigefügt wurden. Wie bei den meisten Kokosmilchdosen war die Milch recht fest vor dem Öffnen, sodass man sie zunächst gut schütteln bzw. die Dose vorher unter etwas warmes Wasser halten musste. So konnte ich die Dose ganz ohne Auskratzen zu meinem Currygemüse kippen. Die Kokosmilch ist cremig und schien mir recht fettig zu sein, aber ein hoher Fettgehalt ist ja typisch für Kokosmilch. Im Vergleich mit Kokosmilch anderer Hersteller ist der Fettgehalt sogar eher geringer. Empfehle ich gerne weiter.
