We've tried a few, but the cashew puree from Rapunzel is and remains the best for me. It tastes delicious, nutty and is of very good quality. It works well as a spread and is delicious in cooking. I give it a buy recommendation.

Haben schon einige probiert, aber das Cashewmus von Rapunzel ist und bleibt das Beste für mich. Es schmeckt lecker, nussig und ist von sehr guter Qualität. Funktioniert als Brotaufstrich, ist lecker zum Kochen. Von mir gibt es eine Kaufempfehlung.

The cashew puree really only consists of the pure nuts, without additives, from purely organic cultivation. Its consistency is wonderfully creamy. I always eat it pure on bread or as a base for jam. It sounds strange, but it tastes totally delicious. Definitely try it out! If the puree stands for a while, the oil will settle on top. In this case, you only have to stir it once more and everything fits again. Cashew puree is also excellent for sauces, dips and Asian cuisine. But I haven't tried it myself yet. Nevertheless, I can recommend Rapunzel cashew puree. It deserves five stars.

Das Cashewmus besteht wirklich nur aus den puren Nüssen, ohne Zusätze, aus rein biologischem Anbau. Seine Konsistenz ist wunderbar cremig. Ich esse es immer pur auf Brot oder als Unterlage von Marmelade. Das hört sich komisch an, schmeckt aber total lecker. Unbedingt ausprobieren! Steht das Mus einige Zeit, setzt sich obendrauf das Öl ab. In diesem Fall muss man nur noch einmal kurz umrühren und schon passt alles wieder. Cashewmus eignet sich auch hervorragend für Saucen, Dips und die asiatische Küche. Das hab ich selbst aber noch nicht ausprobiert. Trotzdem kann ich das Cashewmus von Rapunzel gut weiterempfehlen. Es verdient fünf Sterne.

This puree is a true all-rounder! Anyone who has tried it knows the delicate cashew note, which is discreet in the background. The consistency is not runny, but just right if you want to prepare a sauce that is not runny, but slightly thickened. The delicate nutty flavour is always present and goes very well with many vegetables. I also use the puree as a base for delicious salad dressings. My family also uses it as a base for spreads. There are no limits to the imagination here. Almost every cook will find her favourite dishes within a short time in which the puree can be used.

Das Mus ist ein wahrer Allrounder! Wer es schon einmal probiert hat, der kennt die zarte Cashewnote, die dezent im Hintergrund ist. Die Konsistenz ist nicht flüssig, sondern genau richtig, wenn man eine Soße zubereiten will, die nicht flüssig, sondern leicht eingedickt sein soll. Der zarte Nussgeschmack ist immer vorhanden und passt sehr gut zu zahlreichen Gemüsesorten. Ich verwende das Mus auch als Grundlage von leckeren Salatdressings. Meine Familie verwendet es auch als Grundlage von Brotaufstrichen. Der Phantasie sind hier keine Grenzen gesetzt. Fast jede Köchin wird innerhalb von kurzer Zeit ihre bevorzugten Gerichte finden, in denen das Mus eingesetzt werden kann.
