: Review date:A very fatty chocolate slab, when opening the package you can see light streaks from the cocoa butter on the bottom of the slab. Not really a problem, but unfortunately not enough fruity cocoa flavour for me, despite the high content. Maybe it's the type of cocoa. I'm also a bit confused, because a few weeks ago I bought a bar that was moulded in a different way (more pieces per bar line), which was much more flavourful and darker, without the light streaks.
Eine sehr fetthaltige Schokoklade, beim Öffnen der Packung sieht man am Tafelboden helle Schlieren von der Kakaobutter. Eigentlich kein Problem, leider für mich zu wenig fruchtiger Kakaogeschmack, trotz hohem Anteil. Vielleicht liegt es an der Kakaosorte. Ich bin auch etwas verwirrt, denn ich hatte vor einigen Wochen schon mal eine Tafel gekauft, welche noch in einer anderen Form gegossen war (mehr Stücke pro Riegelzeile), die war bedeutend geschmackintensiver und dunkler, ohne die hellen Schlieren.

Die zarteste Versuchung seit es Schokolade gibt - zumindest für meinen Geschmack. Die Zutaten lassen sich wahrlich an einer Hand abzählen, keine lecithine oder ähnliches. Die Schokolade schmeckt dank ihres äußerst hohen Kakaoanteils sehr intensiv. Nicht süß, wie sich das für eine Bitterschokolade gehört. Schön zartschmelzend reichen nur wenige Stückchen um den Bedarf an Süßem zu stillen. Die Bitterschokolade von Rapunzel sollte man sich wirklich auf der Zunge zergehen lassen! Und der Preis für eine zertifizierte Bio-Schokolade ist auch noch super. :o)
