Application:
Wash the beans, soak in plenty of cold water for 8 - 12 hours. Then rinse under running water. Boil 1 cup of azuki beans with about 3 cups of fresh water once and then simmer gently for 40 - 50 minutes at low temperature with the lid closed. Only add salt after cooking.
