: Review date:I first started with the 250 g jar to see if I could tolerate it, but now I need :) 2 x 500 g jars a month. It tastes so delicious and totally sugar-free. I enjoy it pure, or in my morning porridge or on bread. So for me it's the best, because I've tried others, but the fact that Rapunzel's is made with roasted almonds makes it taste so much better and it's also much more pleasant - not so chewy - to savour in the mouth.
Ich hatte erst mit dem 250 g Glas begonnen um zu sehen, ob ich es vertrage, inzwischen brauche ich :) 2 x 500 g Gläser im Monat. Es schmeckt so lecker und das total ohne Zucker. Ich genieße es pur, oder im Morgenbrei oder aufs Brot. Also für mich das Beste, denn ich habe andere probiert, aber dadurch, dass das von Rapunzel mit gerösteten Mandeln hergestellt ist, schmeckt es soviel besser und ist auch viel angenehmer - nicht so zäh - beim Genießen im Mund.

It is nice and creamy and nutty and easy to spread. I like using almond paste in the kitchen because it is so versatile. Especially in the vegan diet, it can be used in a wide range of ways. For example, I use almond paste for my tofu and vegetable pan. It makes a great nutty sauce. But it can also be used as a spread or in muesli. I also like to order the big jar from Violey, because I always run out of the puree quickly.
Ein hochwertiges Produkt aus rein biologischem Anbau, das wirklich lecker schmeckt. Gut finde ich, dass das Mandelmus von Rapunzel wirklich nur aus Mandeln besteht. Es ist schön cremig nussig und lässt sich gut verstreichen. Ich verwende Mandelmus in der Küche sehr gerne, weil es so vielseitig ist. Gerade in der veganen Ernährung lässt es sich breit flächig einsetzen. Ich nehme Mandelmus zum Beispiel für meine Tofu-Gemüse-Pfanne. Das ergibt eine tolle nussige Soße. Das Mus lässt sich aber genauso gut als Aufstrich oder im Müsli verwenden. Ich bestelle bei Violey auch gerne mal das große Glas, denn das Mus ist bei mir immer schnell alle.
