: Review date:Like the other two Rapunzel jo spreads, incredibly delicious. For me, the jo spreads are among the very tastiest vegetarian spreads ever. Another big plus is that they can be kept for a long time without refrigeration, even after opening.
Wie die beiden anderen Rapunzel Jo Brotaufstriche unglaublich lecker. Die jo-Brotaufstriche gehören für mich zu den aller-aller-leckersten vegetarischen Brotaufstrichen überhaupt. Zusätzlicher, großer Pluspunkt: auch nach dem Öffnen ohne Kühlung lange haltbar.

: Review date:It's not so easy to use this spread sparingly because it tastes so delicious. It reminds me of a mixture of peanut/cashew puree and vegan onion lard. The yeast extract gives it that typical umami taste. I find the spread really interesting and above all something different from the classic vegetarian spreads. The protein content is also worth mentioning compared to the classics. I don't eat cheese, but I can agree with Vi F. that I can imagine the spread being good with cheese. I haven't tried it for cooking yet, but it's already on my to-do list.
Es ist gar nicht so leicht, diesen Aufstrich sparsam zu verwenden, da er so köstlich schmeckt. Mich erinnert er an eine Mischung aus Erdnuss-/ Cashewmus und veganem Zwiebelschmalz. Durch das Hefeextrakt hat er diesen typischen Umami-Geschmack. Ich finde den Brotaufstrich wirklich interessant und vor allem mal etwas anderes als die klassischen vegetarischen Brotaufstriche. Der Proteingehalt ist im Vergleich zu den Klassikern auch nennenswert. Ich esse zwar keinen Käse, kann aber Vi F. zustimmen, dass ich mir den Aufstrich auch gut mit Käse vorstellen kann. Zum Kochen habe ich ihn bisher nicht ausprobiert, steht allerdings bereits auf meiner To-Do-Liste.
