Unfortunately a failure. I have been growing sprouts for years and have never had any that germinated so badly. Even after a week, hardly any germination and barely a third then germinated very hesitantly. I threw them away.

Leider ein Reinfall. Ich ziehe seit Jahren Sprossen und hatte bisher nie welche, die so schlecht keimten. Auch nach einer Woche kaum Keimung und kaum ein Drittel hat dann doch sehr zögerlich gekeimt. Habe sie weg geworfen.

I have grown sprouted seeds several times before, but never before sprouted broccoli. That's why I was particularly excited about the results this time. The Vogel seeds were easy to grow and the seeds sprouted and grew well. The finished sprouts have a spicy, mild taste and remind me a little of cress. They already have an intense green colour, just like the finished vegetables. I added my first broccoli sprouts to a salad or sprinkled them on a slice of bread with some curd cheese. My tip: Beginners should also order a sprouting jar. This will help you grow the sprouts without any problems.

Ich habe schon mehrmals Keimsaat groß gezogen, aber noch nie zuvor Sprossenbrokkoli. Deshalb war ich diesmal auch ganz besonders gespannt auf das Ergebnis. Das Saatgut von Vogel ließ sich prima anzüchten, die Saat ist bei mir gut aufgegangen und gewachsen. Die fertigen Sprossen besitzen einen würzigen milden Geschmack und erinnern mich etwas an Kresse. Sie haben bereits eine intensive grüne Farbe, genau wie das fertige Gemüse. Meine ersten Brokkolisprossen habe ich in den Salat gegeben bzw. mit etwas Quark auf eine Scheibe Brot gestreut. Mein Tipp: Anfänger sollten sich auch gleich noch ein Keimglas dazu bestellen. Damit gelingt das Anzüchten ohne Probleme.
