Stir about 2 tbsp (20 g) of pumpkin seed protein per day into 250 ml of liquid, e.g. juice or soy, spelt or oat drink. When baking replace a part of the flour with Pumpkin Seed Protein.

Slightly nutty flavour, tastes great. Protein content of 55% is OK, I work with a tablespoon more with this powder anyway, so that's fine. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Leicht nussiges Aroma, schmeckt super. Proteinanteil von 55% ist i.O., ich arbeite bei diesem Pulver eh mit einem Esslöffel mehr, daher passt das. Kann ich guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.
