Raab Organic Psyllium Husks finely ground. The original Indian psyllium seeds (Plantago ovata) are the seeds of a centuries-old cultivated plant that belongs to the plantain species. Ground psyllium husks have an even greater swelling volume than whole psyllium husks and can bind 45 times their weight in water. The tin contains 50 portions of 3 g each.

Recommended intake: Once a day, swell 1 tsp (equivalent to 3 g) of psyllium husk powder in 250 ml of liquid (water, soup or juice) and drink 250 to 500 ml of liquid. Also suitable as a gelling aid, for example for preparing fruit pudding. Due to the very high degree of grinding, the powder is suitable for the preparation of gluten free bread.
