Stir 2 tablespoons (20 g) into 300 ml plant drink or milk daily and drink. Oat drink is particularly recommended. A blender or hand blender can be used for improved mixing and creaminess. Tip: Add a ripe banana to the blender for a slightly sweeter flavour.
