Stir 2 tablespoons (20 g) lupine protein in 250 ml liquid such as soy, spelt, almond or oat drink. In baked goods such as bread or cake you can replace up to 25% of the amount of flour with lupine protein. The lupine protein is a tasty addition to smoothies, shakes, cereals, desserts and baked goods.
