I find the powder very tasty and also practical because I like to make homemade pasta. And it has to be colourful for me, but in any case without artificial colours. This also works with broccoli or spinach powder, but with kale the pasta tastes a little different.

Ich finde das Pulver sehr lecker und auch praktisch, weil ich gerne selbstgemachte Pasta mache. Und die muss bei mir bunt sein, aber in jedem Fall ohne künstliche Farbstoffe. Das geht auch mit Brokkoli- oder Spinatpulver, aber mit Grünkohl schmeckt die Pasta nochmal ein wenig anders.
