Raab Organic Black Garlic is a dietary supplement. Freshly harvested white organic garlic is stored at controlled humidity and temperature for a defined period of time. During this ripening process, the garlic turns black, and this colouring is reduced during the subsequent extraction process. The typical value-giving components of the garlic remain intact. The volatile sulphur compounds responsible for the smell and taste of garlic are reduced.

Garlic is a real home remedy for me. It is supposed to be good for various inner values. Since I generally like garlic in food, I got myself this fermented garlic in capsule form. The good thing about the capsules is that I don't have to burp and the typical smell of fresh garlic is not comparable. The capsules are virtually odourless. I can't say much about the effect after 4 days.

Knoblauch ist ein echtes Hausmittel für mich. Er soll ja gut für verschiedene innere Werte sein. Da ich die Knolle generell gerne im Essen mag, hab ich mir nun mal diesen fermentierten Knoblauch in Kapselform besorgt. Das Gute bei den Kapseln ist, dass ich nicht aufstoßen muss und der typische Geruch wie bei frischem Knoblauch nicht vergleichbar ist. Die Kapseln sind quasi geruchsneutral. Von der Wirkung kann ich nach 4 Tagen noch nicht viel sagen.
