Raab Frankincense capsules contain 380 mg frankincense extract (Boswellia serrata) with 85% boswellic acids per capsule.

Take 2 capsules a day unchewed and with about 250 ml of liquid before or after a meal. You can take some oil or fat togehter with the capsules to increase the absorption of boswellic acids from the frankincense extract.
