A friend recommended Raab's pure electrolytes to me after I told her that I was finding it difficult to get out of bed in the morning and was struggling to get going during the day. So what did I have to lose - the proof of the pudding is in the eating, as they say. I now take two of the enclosed measuring spoons dissolved in around 400ml of water every evening before going to bed. At first the liquid was a little salty (probably due to the amount of minerals), but after about a week the flavour had mellowed. It also took about a whole month before I felt any physical change. I'm so glad I found these electrolytes because now I literally jump out of bed every morning (even in winter when it's dark for so long!). I can therefore highly recommend this Raab product to anyone who has similar symptoms to mine - and a little patience.

Eine Freundin hat mir die Elektrolyte pur von Raab empfohlen, nachdem ich ihr davon berichtet hatte, dass ich morgens nur schwer aus dem Bett und tagsüber eher schlecht als recht in die Gänge komme. Was hatte ich also zu verlieren - probieren geht über studieren, wie man doch so schön sagt. Ich nehme mittlerweile jeden Abend vor dem Zu-Bett-gehen zwei der beiliegenden Messlöffel in circa 400ml Wasser aufgelöst zu mir. Zunächst war die Flüssigkeit etwas salzig (wohl durch die Menge an Mineralien), doch das hatte sich geschmacklich nach etwa einer Woche abgemildert. Es hat auch etwa einen ganzen Monat gedauert, bis ich eine körperliche Veränderung gespürt habe. Ich bin total froh, diese Elektrolyte gefunden zu haben, denn jetzt springe ich förmlich jeden Morgen aus dem Bett (sogar im Winter, wenn es so lange dunkel ist!). Ich kann dieses Produkt von Raab daher jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der ähnliche Symptome wie ich hat - und eben etwas Geduld.
