Positively surprised! It tastes juicy and doesn't fall apart like some other packaged breads. It is also made from freshly ground wholemeal rye, partly as natural sourdough (which is easy to digest), with linseed (regional superfood!) and has no unnecessary ingredients. It's practical to have such a durable bread in stock in case there's no fresh bread at home. The bread had a shelf life of about 4 months from the date of order, which is perfectly adequate. I think I will treat myself to it from time to time, as I really like the hearty taste. On my wish list from now on.

Positiv überrascht! Es schmeckt saftig und fällt auch nicht auseinander, wie man es von manch anderen abgepackten Broten kennt. Dann ist es auch noch aus frisch geschrotetem Vollkorn-Roggen, teils als Natursauerteig (welcher gut verdaulich ist), mit Leinsamen (regionales Superfood!) und hat keine unnötigen Zutaten. Praktisch so ein haltbares Brot auf Vorrat zu haben, falls mal kein frisches Zuhause ist. Ab Bestelldatum war das Brot noch ca. 4 Monate haltbar, was vollkommen ausreicht. Ich denke ich werde es mir auch so ab und zu gönnen, da ich den deftigen Geschmack sehr mag. Ab sofort auf meinem Merkzettel.
