A wonderful blend of German bread culture and - for me - an oriental sweetness. The loaf itself is a delicious, really good spelt bread and the fine muesli mix, which contains various fruits and flakes, plays wonderfully into the flavour and texture. An absolute dream, especially when warmed up.

Eine wundervolle Mischung aus deutscher Brotkultur und einer - für mich - orientalisch anmutenden Süße. Der Laib an sich ist ein leckeres, wirklich gutes Dinkelbrot und die feine Müsli-Mischung, die verschiedene Früchte und Flocken enthält, spielt wunderbar in den Geschmack und in die Konsistenz. Vor allem aufgewärmt ein absoluter Traum.

Prepared super quickly in the oven in around 6 minutes, the spelt muesli bread is particularly suitable for families with children who prefer sweet bread variations. I thought the combination of nuts, figs and dates was not only a visual highlight, but also tasted really good. However, the loaf dries out too quickly after baking for us in a two-person household, so I would only recommend this bread from Pural for direct consumption.

Superschnell in etwa 6 Minuten im Backofen zubereitet, eignet sich das Dinkel-Müsli-Brot besonders für Familien mit Kids, die geschmacklich eher auf süßliche Brotvariationen stehen. Die Kombination aus Nüssen, Feigen und Datteln fand ich nicht nur optisch ein Highlight, sondern hat mir auch richtig gut geschmeckt. Allerdings trocknet der Laib für uns im 2-Personen-Haushalt nach dem Backen zu schnell aus, so dass ich dieses Brot von Pural nur für den Direktverzehr empfehlen würde.
