: Review date:Of the three varieties of Pural matzos, this one tastes the least good to me. Don't get me wrong, the Einkorn matzos are still nice and crunchy and versatile. But this variety just doesn't taste as good as the other two. Therefore, I deduct one point.
Von den drei Varianten der Pural Matzen schmeckt mir diese Variante am wenigsten gut. Nicht falsch verstehen, die Einkorn Matzen sind trotzdem schön knusprig und vielseitig verwendbar. Aber diese Sorte macht vom Geschmack her einfach nicht so viel her wie die anderen beiden Sorten. Daher einen Punkt Abzug.

Recipe: Spread oil + spices (e.g. curry) on the matzos, sprinkle with a little salt (not too much), place on a baking tray with baking paper, place in the preheated oven and let crisp up at 170 degrees for 4-5min.
Die Matzen sind sehr lecker als Knusper pur oder auf Salat.
Rezept: Öl + Gewürz (z.B. Curry) auf die Matzen streichen, mit etwas Salz bestreuen (nicht zu viel), auf ein Blech mit Backpapier legen, in den vorgeheizten Backofen und bei 170 Grad 4-5min knusprig werden lassen.
