Pumpkin Organics Kids Organic Oat and Spelt Pancakes Baking Mix. What's a Sunday morning without pancakes? These delicious oat and spelt pancakes not only taste great for breakfast, but also as a dessert, in between meals or in a snack box. Suitable for children aged 3 and over.

Preparation:
You will need:
1 egg
200 ml milk or oat drink

For vegan preparation:
1 x Pumpkin Organics vegetable squash
200 ml oat drink

It's that simple:

  1. Add the ingredients to the mix and whisk until everything is well combined.
  2. Fry the batter by the tablespoon over a medium heat in a lightly greased pan.
  3. When the pancakes develop bubbles on the surface, they can be flipped.
  4. As soon as the pancakes are golden brown on both sides, they are ready.
