Please take 1 x 30 ml or 3 x 10 ml daily pure or in still water. It is best to take at least half an hour before a meal.

Before opening store at room temperature, after opening store protected from light and cool at max. 7 °C. Swirl the product after opening, do not shake. Can be used for approx. 1 month after opening. Store upright and do not drink directly from the bottle.
