We have a small fragrance stone on our bedside table. In the evening, we like to put a few drops of the Schlafwohl fragrance blend on it. The fragrance blend with lavender helps us to switch off. I don't lie awake in bed for so long and can fall asleep more quickly.

Wir haben auf dem Nachttisch einen kleinen Duftstein stehen. Abends geben wir dort gerne ein paar Tropfen der Schlafwohl Duftmischung drauf. Die Duftmischung mit Lavendel hilft uns beim Abschalten. Ich liege dann nicht mehr so lange wach im Bett und kann schneller einschlafen.
