I don't use the Yoga Flow room spray for conscious breathing during yoga, but during my 20-minute "conscious breath meditation". I spray 4 times into the air to the right and left of me and onto my mediation blanket on the sofa. It has a balancing, clearing and cleansing effect. The living room smells slightly of grapefruit afterwards and feels clean and clear. Breathing is easy. The scent of organic myrtle, organic grapefruit and organic sandalwood is totally pleasant and not overpowering. It pleases my nose and me extremely well.

Ich verwende das Yoga Flow Raumspray für bewusstes Atmen allerdings nicht beim Yoga, sondern während meiner 20 minütigen "Bewusste Atem Meditation". Ich sprühe 4 Mal in die Luft rechts und links von mir und auf meine Mediationsdecke auf dem Sofa. Es wirkt ausgleichend, klärend und reinigend. Das Wohnzimmer riecht danach leicht nach Grapefruit und fühlt sich sauber und klar an. Das Atem fällt mir leicht. Die Duftnote Bio Myrte, Bio Grapefruit und Bio Sandelholz ist total angenehm und nicht aufdringlich. Es gefällt meiner Nase und mir ausgesprochen gut.
