Take a hazelnut-sized amount of the gel and rub it up your legs in long strokes. Start at the toes and move up the lower leg to the thigh. Repeat on the other leg. The movement in the direction of the heart has a stimulating and uplifting effect. The stroke-like movement provides clarity and orientation.
