The oil has become an integral part of my "medicine cabinet". It's great for colds. Simply pour hot water into a bowl, add a few drops and inhale. I also like the slightly lemony scent as a room fragrance. However, I only use 1 drop, otherwise the scent can become too penetrating.

Das Öl ist mittlerweile fester Bestandteil meiner "Hausapotheke" geworden. Es hilft super bei Erkältungen. Einfach heißes Wasser in eine Schüssel geben, ein paar Tropfen rein und inhalieren. Den leicht zitronigen Duft mag ich aber auch gerne als Raumduft. Allerdings nehme ich dann wirklich nur 1 Tropfen, da der Duft sonst zu penetrant werden kann.
